We're searching for a driven Project Manager to take multiple projects from kickoff to closeout-bringing exceptional client service and flawless execution.

• Lead project kickoff meetings, reviewing bid documents and correspondence
• Negotiate contracts and subcontracts to clarify scope and mitigate risk
• Place material orders after approvals and coordinate deliveries
• Present detailed work orders to production: specs, drawings, timelines, budgets
• Communicate closely with production teams and conduct on-site visits as needed
• Track Work-in-Progress (WIP), manage budgets, and perform post-project analysis
• Spot and manage change order opportunities: pricing, scope, negotiation
• Oversee project close-out: warranties, commissioning, manuals, as-builts
• Support billing and collections alongside the A/R Coordinator
• A positive, service-first attitude- clients come first
• Strong organizational skills- juggling tasks and deadlines effortlessly
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly accountable, independent, and proactive
• A professional, respectful demeanor- ready to lead on-site and in-office
• Education
  :
  High school diploma required; college degree a plus
• Experience
  : 3-5 years in project management; fencing or security industry experience preferred but not required

• U.S.
  
  -based with reliable commute to office and job sites
• Pass background checks for government-site access
• Valid driver's license
