THE POSITIONThe Prefab Offsite Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of offsite fabrication and modular construction activities supporting multi‑phase, campus‑scale data center projects. This role focuses on the coordination of design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, and testing of prefabricated systems to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery while meeting high quality standards. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical or mechanical assembly, with experience supporting skidded, modular, or pre‑assembled systems in a fast‑paced production or construction environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the execution of manufactured and prefabricated components, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate fabrication activities across multiple vendors, integrators, and internal project teams.
- Support high‑quality execution and delivery of complex offsite fabrication scopes through the full project lifecycle.
- Ensure contract deliverables are met through regular coordination, reporting, and schedule updates.
- Support supply chain, fabrication, integration, testing, quality, and commissioning coordination efforts.
- Track fabrication progress, ROJ dates, testing milestones, and shipment readiness.
- Identify and escalated risks associated with manufacturing schedules, logistics, or technical scope.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for project and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
- Support preparation of project documentation, schedules, and execution plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field (preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, modular fabrication, or mission‑critical facilities.
- Experience supporting skidded, modular, or pre‑assembled electrical or mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with production, manufacturing, and logistics workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Location:
Hybrid / Remote with travel to fabrication facilities and project sites. - Benefits:
