Operations Manager-Manufacturing

We are seeking a results-driven  
** Production Team Leader
** for our client in Manassas, Virginia to lead daily operations for upward of 20 contractors, drive productivity, and ensure optimal workforce performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

** Pay Range:  $30.00hr - $35.00hr*

* Schedule:

Must be flexible to work varying shifts to include some evenings & weekends.*
* ** Bachelor's degree w/ 3-5 years of production supervision experience OR 7+ years of combined education and relevant experience to be considered.*
* + Monitor workforce capacity and productivity to meet targets and operational goals

+ Adjust staffing levels to align with workflow demands and production requirements

+ Coordinate daily operations and ensure work cells are appropriately staffed & modeled.

+ Supervise employee assignments, performance, and attendance

+ Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed

+ Partner with recruiting teams to fulfill staffing needs

+ Serve as point of contact for customer workforce-related concerns
