Electro-Mechanical Technician; Supplement Manufacturing; On-site

Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking a dual-skilled Manufacturing & Electrical Technician to join our production team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-speed supplement manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate ensures that our encapsulation, mixing and packaging lines run at peak efficiency while adhering to strict cGMP and FDA safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance:
  Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, motors, sensors. Assemble, disassemble, clean and store manufacturing equipment
• Mechanical Repair:
  Perform preventative maintenance on encapsulations, mixers, and high-speed packaging lines
• Calibration:
  Calibrate precision scales and ingredient-dosing sensors to ensure compliance
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed logs of repairs and equipment performance in compliance with FDA/cGMP regulations and SOPs
• Safety:
  Strictly follow Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and safety protocols
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

• School Diploma required;
  Associate degree in Electrical Technology or Mechatronics preferred
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, ideally within a FDA-regulated environment (Food, Supplement, or Pharma)
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics and blue prints
• Experience with automated control systems and pneumatic/hydraulic components
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment (wearing PPE/hairnets/smocks)
