Position Overview

Pronto is seeking an energetic and proactive Recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across our manufacturing organization, including Production, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and other business functions.

You will play a key role in building high‑performing teams by partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of manufacturing and business roles in a fast‑growing dietary supplement manufacturing company.

Develop creative sourcing strategies using Linked In, job boards, referrals, and local talent networks.

Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring priorities.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure recruitment activities are documented and compliant with EEO guidelines and internal processes.

Represent Pronto at career fairs, university events, and community partnerships.

Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives as needed.

3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment.

Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑based organizations.

Proven success hiring for positions such as Production, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar functions.

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with experience using Linked In and other sourcing tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Must be able to work on‑site in Manassas, VA.

Experience recruiting within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.

Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, or SQF standards.

Experience recruiting within the Northern Virginia (NOVA) or Washington D.C. metro area.

Experience participating in university partnerships, career fairs, or employer branding initiatives.
