• Execute the activities of labeling and packaging of medical products in accordance with work instructions (SOPs), production orders, and approved specifications.
• Verify that the packaging materials and labels correspond to the part number, batch, and version indicated in the production order, ensuring that there are no discrepancies.
• Inspect the products and components visually to detect defects, damage, or contamination before and during the packaging process in accordance with procedures, SOP's, and required visual aids.
• Record accurately the required information in production sheets, forms, or electronic systems, complying with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ensure product traceability, maintaining the correct identification of batches, labels, and quantities throughout the process.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain the work area, equipment, and materials in accordance with established cleaning procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure that all products are packaged in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices, along with the company's policy and safety standards.
• Operate the pharmaceutical product packaging equipment, strictly respecting all safety practices and guidelines.
• Follow the procedures to achieve production with quality standards.
• Comply with in-process quality controls, notifying any deviation, non-conforming product, or anomaly to the leader or supervisor.
• Contribute to the training of new staff on the operation of equipment, safety practices, and company policies.
• Perform basic maintenance, change, configuration, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment.
• Ensure compliance with the standards established by the organizational methodology 5S, solve previously identified problems, and identify new areas for the implementation of 5S.
• Comply with other functions requested by your supervisor.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination for the inspection of small and delicate characters.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations (additions, subtractions, multiplications, basic fractions)
• Understanding and application of Good Documentation Practices (GDP's)
• Knowledge in the preparation, setup, handling of semi-automated production machines (desirable)

Experience:

• Preferably 1 year in manufacturing companies of medical devices and highly regulated.

• Complete primary school.
