Job Title

• Verify that all raw materials of the work order are available.
• Manage the expected production flow of the line (parameters, machinery, personnel, materials, documents).
• Ensure that the work orders of the respective production lines are processed correctly.
• Ensure and report the fulfillment of production goals and complete the respective forms.
• Update daily production entries and perform DHR closures when appropriate.
• Review that the documentation meets the required standards (readability, traceability, validity).
• Report to the production supervisor on the progress or fulfillment of the production plan, as well as on quality problems that arise.
• Confirm equipment problems and report to the technician for repair.
• Ensure that the used equipment is calibrated and escalate if necessary.
• Follow up on the training and certifications of the respective personnel.
• Attend line escalations and report to the supervisor if required.
• Help with weekly planning and calculate line capacity.
• Execute and support in the Huddles (Tier 0, 1, and
  2).
• Maintain effective communication with:
• a. technicians when problems arise.
• b. quality inspectors on the compliance of specifications.
• c. other leaders of the floor to follow up on the work plan.
• Maintain, promote, and oversee Good Manufacturing Practices on the assigned line.
• Execute raw material inventories when required (cycle counts).
• Ensure compliance with occupational health standards against workplace risk.
• Keep the Performance Board updated.
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and discipline.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

• Knowledge in ISO-FDA audits desirable
• Experience in transfer of production processes desirable
• English level A1 desirable
• Basic knowledge in office software packages.
• Knowledge in GDPs & GMPs and Lean, 5’s
• Knowledge of material inventories.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving capacity and conflict management.
• Ability to train others
• Management of KPIs, metrics
• Focus on Best Safety Practices

Experience:

• +1 year of experience in the medical industry, clean production rooms.

Education:

• High school diploma.
• Production/Quality Technician desirable
