Plant Maintenance Technician

Vulcan Materials Company -  - Responsibilities:
Promote safety and maintain safe operations in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards;
Repair and maintain plant equipment including screen changes, conveyor belt work, wear parts replacement, crusher liner changes, and water pump service;
Perform cutting, grinding, and welding as needed;
Inspect equipment and structures daily to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations;
Monitor plant processes (crushing, washing, and screening) and materials for safety and compliance;
Enter and maintain service and lubrication reports for preventative maintenance;
Perform general physical activities to support plant operations (cleaning, washing, sweeping, shoveling);
Other duties as assigned
