Production Associate 2nd Shift (Clean Room Operations)

As a Production Associate in Clean Room Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, sterile manufacturing of products in a regulated environment. Your attention to aseptic technique and clean room standards directly impacts product quality and patient safety. This is a full-time, second-shift position ideal for those seeking consistent hours and valuable manufacturing experience in a growth industry.

• Clean room/sterile manufacturing experience
• Aseptic technique
• Manufacturing equipment operation and changeover

• Perform aseptic processes in and out of clean room settings
• Wash, sterilize, and prepare equipment per procedures
• Operate autoclaves and dry heat ovens for sterilization
• Assist with equipment changeover and support qualification/validation
• Rotate through tasks: prepping, filling, packing, labeling, rework, bagging
• Conduct torque and fill checks on bottle runs
• Maintain housekeeping and documentation in compliance with cGMP
• Train new associates on standard manufacturing tasks
• Wear required PPE (gowning, masks, gloves, safety glasses)
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Work mandatory overtime, including weekends as needed

• Strong candidate pool from regional clean room, pharma, and semiconductor industries
• Valuable resume-building experience in aseptic manufacturing highly transferable to pharma/biotech
• Consistent, full-time schedule with a reasonable second-shift premium
