Marketing Manager

Zena Drone is an industry leader in advanced drone technology, specializing in aerial data capture and intelligent analysis solutions for agriculture, infrastructure, land surveying, and public safety. Our mission is to streamline field data collection and enhance operational efficiency using cutting-edge UAV platforms and sensor technologies.

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology and innovation.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
• Oversee content creation for blogs, videos, and product launches to engage target audiences.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling messaging and campaigns.
• Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI across all channels.
• Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology or drone-related industries.
• Proven track record in digital marketing and brand management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with federal proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS and other government contracting regulations
• Event/conference organization and management (
