Full-Time Pre Op/PACU Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre Op/PACU Manager to lead our perioperative services team and ensure exceptional clinical outcomes.

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to Pre Op and PACU staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care delivery
• Oversee daily department operations, staffing, and workflow efficiency to support surgical scheduling and throughput
• Monitor patient care processes, evaluate outcomes, and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise, coach, and develop nursing staff, including scheduling, performance management, and ongoing education/training
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards, including infection prevention and patient safety protocols
• Manage departmental resources effectively, including staffing levels, supply utilization, and budget adherence
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional patient experience

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 3–5 years of nursing experience in Pre Op, PACU, or perioperative services required
• Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory surgery center regulations and accreditation standards
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while maintaining a focus on patient safety and quality
