Responsibilities/Accountabilities

We have an amazing opportunity for LPNs that can:

* Order and dispense medications according to physician's orders

* Carry out admissions and re-admissions

* Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets,

various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility

* Direct and supervise the care given by a CNA/Med Aides

* Must be able to lift without restrictions

* Will also perform other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills/Education

Required:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

* Current license to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

* CPR certification

* Able to work weekends

Preferred:

* One year experience

* Exposure to the senior population

* Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)

* Desire to serve and care for the senior population
