About the Position

Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – 17‑week contract (June1–Sept
272026) in Manassas, VA. Weekly pay $5,130–$5,410. Work 10‑hour day shifts, 4 per week across four facilities in Manassas and Haymarket, Northern Virginia. EMR:
Epic. Supervision: MD supervision with a 1:4 MD‑to‑CRNA ratio.

• Current CRNA credentials: registered professional nurse license and graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• NBC‑CRNA certification or recertification.
• Virginia state CRNA license required at time of application.
• At least 1 year of CRNA clinical experience.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple facilities (locum tenens flexibility).
• Clean privileging file to support expedited credentialing.

• Perform comprehensive pre‑anesthesia assessments and risk stratification.
• Obtain and verify informed consent for anesthesia; discuss options and risks with patients and families.
• Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia across a diverse caseload (general, orthopedic, obstetric, pediatric).
• Continuously monitor physiologic status and provide timely clinical interventions.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Document perioperative anesthesia care accurately in Epic and adhere to facility protocols and quality standards.
