Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Primary Care

Job Description

Inova Primary Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full‑time evening shift:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

7900 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process under the guidance of an RN.
• Maintain and review patient medical records, notes, and physician orders while documenting all patient care activities according to standards.
• Participate in unit teams, work groups, and/or committees.
• Take part in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing.
• License:
  Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Experience:
  
  0 years of experience.
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.

• One year of experience as an LPN or medical assistant.
