Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facilities - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Part-Time (3 pm - 11 pm Shift)

• Order and dispense medications according to physician orders
• Carry out admissions and re-admissions
• Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility
• Direct and supervise care given by CNAs and medical aides
• Must be able to lift without restrictions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CPR certification
• Able to work weekends

Preferred:

• One year of experience
• Exposure to the senior population
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
• Desire to serve and care for the senior population
