• Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License:

• Site Charting System:
  Epic.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 22.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs:
  Yes.
• What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
• Are MDs doing their own cases:
  Yes.
• Must be willing to cross privileges and work at all 4 facilities as needed.
• Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 90 days.
• Accelerated Privileges:
  Emergency (under 30 days) / Temporary (30-60 days) available for CLEAN file.
