As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing advanced level nursing and providing direct patient care. You will support and mentor lower-level nursing staff while delivering critical hands-on care and directly impacting patient outcomes and staff performance in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care, including medication administration, treatment implementation, vital sign monitoring, physical therapy assistance, and execution of medical procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive mental and physical patient assessments through interviews and diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including healthcare plans, treatments, and case histories; ensure compliance with all protocols and reporting requirements.
• Educate patients and others on diagnoses, treatment options, medication management, and counseling.
• Provide prompt emergency interventions related to patient health needs.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support the healthcare team and facility operations.

Schedule Requirements: 10-hour night shift $1.50 Shift Differential for applicable hours worked

Education, Training and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. plus a degree or diploma from a state approved professional nursing program and 1 year of related experience.

Hiring Range: $85,282.25 - $ Annually

FLSA: EXEMPT Special Requirements:
Registered Nurse License: CPR/First Aid Certification. Must pass local, state, and federal background checks and have a valid driver's license.

Positions in this class typically require climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, puling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Very Heavy Work:
Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
