We have an amazing opportunity for LPNs that can:

• Orders and dispenses medications according to physician’s orders
• Carries out admissions and readmissions
• Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets,various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility
• Directs and supervises the care given by a CNA/Med Aides
• Must be able tolift without restrictions
• Will also perform other duties as assigned
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Current license towork as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CPR certification

Preferred:

• Oneyear experience
• Exposure to the senior population
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
• Desireto serve and care for the senior population
