WhatYou'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
- Provide nursing care based on resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Work closely with caregivers, nurses, and healthcare providers
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
- Support residents with compassionate, resident-centered care
- Active Virginia LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and basic clinical skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care
- Assisted living, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is helpful but not required
