About the Job QC ManagerThe Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and laboratory testing for the organization's products and/or development processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains quality assurance staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and physical property prior to delivery.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to related team.
- Lead the routine process audit and product audit.
- Lead the team for customer complaints/claim and internal quality issue analysis and drive the 8D report.
- Participates in product/raw material testing.
- Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Develop the lab testing procedure.
- Lead the team to maintain and improve all quality system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or higher degree in Engineering Management.
- 10 years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience a plus.
