What You'll Do:- Inspect parts, materials, assemblies, and equipment for compliance with engineering and quality requirements
- Perform real-time defect evaluation and disposition activities
- Operate and monitor automated electronic and mechanical test equipment
- Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation and inspection records
- Verify corrective‑action implementation and support rework validation activities
- Interface with engineering, manufacturing, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve quality‑related issues
- Apply statistical process control techniques and quality methodologies to support process improvements
- Support investigations into product non‑conformances and manufacturing issues
- 6+ years of experience in quality inspection, electronics manufacturing, mechanical inspection, aerospace, defense, or related industries
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, workmanship standards, and inspection criteria
- 3+ years of experience using electronic or mechanical test and measurement equipment
- 3+ years of experience working with ESD controls, quality systems, and inspection processes
- Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and statistical process control techniques
- Ability to set up and perform basic electronic or mechanical test configurations
- J-STD‑001, J-STD‑002, IPC‑610, MIL‑STD‑883, MIL‑STD‑750, or X‑Ray inspection certifications
- Strong electrical theory knowledge and defect analysis experience
- Experience supporting corrective action and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Interest in leveraging technology and AI‑enabled tools to improve quality processes
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- Occasional overtime may be required based on production schedules and business needs
