In this role, you will support our production and R&D areas by providing outstanding sample analysis in an innovative laboratory environment. **** Responsibilities
* ** Perform accurate and consistent sample analysis using analytical instruments and lab equipment.
* Prepare and maintain laboratory solutions, reagents, and chemical inventories.
* Manage laboratory supplies, consumables, and overall workflow efficiency.
* Communicate professionally with internal customers to support analytical and production needs.
* Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast‐paced environment, including 12‐hour night shifts.
* Apply strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‐solving skills when interpreting technical data.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risk prior to making critical decisions.
* Utilize standard office software and job‐specific tools while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Comfort working in a high‐efficiency and technically dynamic environment
* Flexibility regarding responsibilities and shift assignments, encompassing 12‐hour overnight shifts
* Strong motivation to learn and expand technical and analytical skill sets
** Preferred Qualifications
*** AS degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or a related field (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering), or more than one year of prior laboratory experience
* Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risk when making critical decisions
