Prepare all hot buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures;
Maintain correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding and serving;
Ensure cleanliness of cooking areas and small wares;
Restock and rotate food products using FIFO method;
Provide friendly and courteous guest service
