Prepares all hot buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.;
Uses the oven, steamer, roaster, smoker, grill, and fryer to prepare items according to standards.;
Maintains correct temperatures during cooking, holding, and serving.;
Restocks and rotates food using the FIFO method.;
Ensures cooking areas and small wares are clean and maintain sanitation.
