Overview

Store Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Manassas Mall at Signet Jewelers.

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select store team members.
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

• Base pay, $20.67 – $30.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate determined by experience and qualifications.
