Support sales and profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the best customer experience in the department and overall store.;
Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions;
Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team has the ability to work towards actively promoting and selling products to customers;
Following up that your team is actively promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives;
Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transaction, returns and exchanges
