Ace Hardware - - Responsibilities:
Greet customers entering and throughout the store; provide friendly customer service;
Balance the cash register drawer and follow cash register procedures;
Assist customers with store layout and product location, including pricing, stocking, marking, and bagging merchandise;
Maintain a neat and clean front end; stock impulse counters and rotate merchandise seasonally; assist with decorating the front end according to program;
Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly and effectively; communicate issues to management
