Job Description

Part‑time Store Assistant Manager responsible for all shift duties in a Domino’s Pizza store. This hands‑on role includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, and upholding company standards. The supervisor sets the example and enforces policy 100% of the time.

• Perform cost, inventory, and cash control tasks.
• Manage staffing schedules and crew paperwork.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing displays, and brand image.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely deliveries.
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and transportation requirements.
• Support marketing, profitability, and operational standards.

• Deliver products, flyers, and door hangers by car.
• Use a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and delivery sites.
• Operate GPS and read maps to locate addresses.
• Make several deliveries per shift under time constraints.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Operating all store equipment and handling ingredients.
• Stocking, preparing, and assembling products.
• Receiving and processing telephone orders.
• Completing inventory and associated paperwork.
• Daily equipment and facility cleaning.
• Ability to pass company background checks.
• Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and the ability to make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination and the ability to enter orders on a computer or touchscreen.

• Stand, walk, and lift regularly; bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs may be unloaded.
• Work in varying temperatures (36–90°F) and in confined spaces such as walk‑in coolers.
• Use ovens up to 500°F; handle hot and cold surfaces and sharp tools.
• Perform bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching tasks daily.
• Carry or push trays on dollies, and navigate stairs during delivery.
• Operates equipment safely, with attention to safety and cleanliness.
