Warehouse Associate

Pay Range

$17.00 - $21.00

As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise, checking inventory, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. • Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.

• Restock the showroom floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for customer ease.
• Load correct product for customer orders.
• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Support other areas of the store as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certification through F&D.

While performing duties, employees may be exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level is typically quiet to moderate.

• Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, 20-30 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly.
• Use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
