AAA Club Alliance is hiring an experienced full‑time Retail Cashier. This position involves handling payments for all store transactions, reconciling daily transactions, preparing bank deposits at the end of each shift, greeting and assisting customers, consistently upselling and cross‑selling AAA products (new memberships, credit cards, insurance referrals), processing passport photos and issuing International/Inter‑American Driving Permits as required, and serving as backup for Tag and Title and IDEMIA services when applicable.

7865 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA 20109.
Compensation: $18.82 to $24.07 per hour (varies by experience, location, and other factors). Incentive pay is possible with average payouts of $162.00 - $389.00 per month. Store hours:
Monday‑Friday 8AM‑6PM, Saturday 8AM‑5PM (37.5‑hour work week, no Sundays). Paid time off accrues up to three weeks in the first year.
- Handle payments for all store transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare bank deposits at the end of each shift.
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Consistently upsell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
- Process passport photos and issue International/Inter‑American Driving Permits as required.
- Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
- Required previous sales and customer service experience, particularly in a cash handling position.
- Effective written and oral communication skills to engage customers and articulate the value of AAA memberships.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple websites and programs, demonstrating computer skills essential for multitasking in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain it within 6 months of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screenings (criminal, drug, and state/vendor specific).
- Ability to obtain necessary membership license or other licenses required to perform essential functions.
