Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a defined zone on the store floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery within the zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, and inventory processes are met;
Manage staffing and scheduling for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor;
Supervise associates in the assigned zone and communicate directives for follow-up;
Perform all Zone Team Leader duties to open and close the store when needed
