Retail Lead Generation Specialist

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Retail Lead Generation Specialist to represent our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in local retail stores. In this construction-focused role, you'll proactively approach shoppers, spark interest, and qualify customers for in-home consultations and estimates. You'll track leads, schedule appointments, and support our service and sales teams. Responsibilities

• Engage retail store customers to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Qualify prospects and capture accurate customer information
• Schedule in-home appointments for service and sales teams
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead and appointment targets
• Maintain an organized presence and branded display in assigned retail locations
• Accurately track leads and results in company systems or tools
• Collaborate with local service and sales teams to improve lead quality
• Represent the ARS-Rescue Rooter brand with professionalism and product knowledge
• Follow all safety, store, and company policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance
