Regional Sales Manager - Mid Atlantic

This is a full‑time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager - Mid Atlantic at Deister Electronic USA. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing technical expertise to customers. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting presentations, and maintaining a strong knowledge of Deister’s product portfolio and the security technology market.

• Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development within the security, technology, or relevant industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical understanding or ability to learn about electronic security and identification solutions
• Proficiency in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel within the Mid Atlantic region regularly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the electronic security market or related industry is a plus.
