* We are seeking a high-performing  
** Business Development Manager
** to drive growth through the sale of  
** plumbing service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and repair solutions
** across the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia).

This is a pure relationship-driven, consultative sales role targeting  
** commercial real estate, healthcare, data centers, government facilities, life sciences, higher education, and other mission-critical environments
** where uptime is non-negotiable.

If you thrive on building long-term partnerships, closing recurring revenue agreements, and selling value-not just price-this is your platform.

**? What You'll Do*
* + Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across the DMV region

+ Prospect, cultivate, and close  
** plumbing service and maintenance agreements*
* + Sell preventative maintenance programs, emergency response contracts, and retrofit solutions

+ Target facility directors, property managers, asset managers, engineers, and operations leaders

+ Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts

+ Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery

+ Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets
