Job Title: Administrative Sales Associate

The individual should be detail oriented, should possess a positive demeanor and should be able to work in a fast paced environment. The individual should have an understanding that our success as a company is built on customer satisfaction and we are motivated to grow.

• Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to meeting customer expectations and ensuring customers are satisfied.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of products and services and probe customers to identify their needs and address customer questions.
• Answer incoming phone calls, greet customers, and address customer questions/issues in a timely, positive, and professional manner.
• Make lead sales calls and follow up with potential and current customers.
• Schedule sales or jobs according to identified procedures while demonstrative proficiency with the point of sale system.
• Perform daily administrative duties such as billing, deposits, and sorting/opening mail.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
