Revive Clinic is a growing Med Spa and IV Therapy center located in Middleburg, VA. We offer advanced wellness and aesthetic services, including Botox, weight‑loss programs, IV vitamin therapy, testosterone therapy, GLP‑1 treatments, and other luxury wellness solutions.

Position SummaryRevive Clinic is seeking a highly motivated Sales Closer to convert leads, inquiries, and consultations into paying clients. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, professional, and experienced in consultative sales. The Sales Closer will educate potential clients, present treatment options, overcome objections, close packages and memberships, and help drive revenue growth for the clinic. The ideal candidate builds trust quickly, guides clients through buying decisions, and creates long‑term relationships that increase repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities Sales Closing & Revenue Growth- Convert leads, consultations, walk‑ins, and inquiries into paying clients.
- Present and sell Med Spa, IV therapy, weight‑loss, hormone, GLP‑1, and wellness packages.
- Confidently explain services, benefits, pricing, promotions, and membership options.
- Follow up with prospects who have not purchased yet and move them toward a buying decision.
- Handle objections related to price, timing, uncertainty, and treatment expectations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets.
- Track sales activity, close rates, follow‑ups, and performance metrics.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Build strong rapport with new and existing clients.
- Understand client goals and recommend appropriate services or packages.
- Educate clients on treatment plans in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Create a high‑end, trustworthy, and welcoming sales experience.
- Support long‑term client retention through strong communication and follow‑up.
- Encourage referrals, repeat visits, and membership enrollment.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and in‑person conversations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure no leads are missed.
- Re‑engage past clients and inactive prospects.
- Maintain accurate notes, client records, sales status, and follow‑up reminders.
- Move prospects from interest to booked appointment, consultation, or purchase.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to understand available treatments, scheduling, and service details.
- Support promotions, marketing campaigns, community outreach, and special offers.
- Ensure a smooth handoff between sales conversations, scheduling, and treatment delivery.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance in all client interactions.
- Proven experience in sales, closing, med spa, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or high‑ticket service sales preferred.
- Strong ability to close sales while maintaining a professional and client‑focused approach.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, memberships, and treatment options.
- Ability to overcome objections and guide clients toward confident purchasing decisions.
- Highly organized with strong follow‑up and pipeline management skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
- Sales‑driven mindset with a passion for wellness, aesthetics, and client results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate is a confident sales professional who knows how to turn interest into revenue. They are comfortable speaking with clients about their goals, recommending premium services, and closing packages or memberships in a professional and ethical way. Compensation & Schedule- Base salary plus competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
- Full‑time position preferred.
- Some flexibility in scheduling may be available.
- Some weekends may be required based on business needs.
- Strong earning potential for a motivated closer who can consistently drive sales.
