Our dynamic, rapidly-growing company is looking for an energetic, result-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team! Our most successful team members have excellent customer service, time management skills, and a drive to succeed. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk!

The ideal candidate must be an assertive, experienced sales professional who leads by example, and has the ability to maintain a professional attitude in order to maximize opportunities to increase revenue potential.

Here will be your responsibilities:

• Promoting Freddy and Son Roofing services
• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the state of their home condition.
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
• Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales into CRM system

• Proven outside sales experience. (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Self motivated and willing to learn new skills
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must have valid driver’s license
