Position: Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager

What You’ll Own

Ourisman Automotive Group is hiring a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to guide customers through financing and protection choices while safeguarding compliant, accurate transactions. This role exists to help guests complete their purchase with confidence and to drive strong performance in F&I products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review financing and insurance options with customers in a clear, consultative way
  • Partner with lenders to obtain competitive rates, terms, and payment structures
  • Present products such as extended warranties, GAP, and service contracts based on customer needs
  • Complete and submit all sales, finance, and insurance documentation with precision
  • Ensure every deal meets federal, state, and local requirements, plus dealership policies
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and store F&I goals
  • Keep thorough, audit-ready records and coordinate closely with the sales team

Required qualifications:

  • Prior automotive F&I Manager (or similar) experience
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of F&I compliance standards and products
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management software
  • High attention to detail and customer-first mindset

A Typical Day

Your day is spent onsite in Manassas, working one-on-one with guests as they move from selecting a vehicle to finalizing their purchase. You’ll shift between customer conversations, lender communications, and time at your desk reviewing deal details and preparing documents. Throughout the day, you’ll stay organized across multiple deals, keep paperwork moving smoothly, and maintain a steady pace during peak showroom hours.

You’ll also connect with the sales team between customers to keep the process aligned and ensure the handoff feels seamless for the buyer.

Pay is performance-driven, with $250,000-$300,000 commission/bonus potential for top performers.
