, where you will be responsible for developing relationships and providing essential liquid handling solutions within an assigned territory.
In this role, you won’t just be selling equipment; you’ll be solving complex challenges for your clients by promoting a dependable line of pumps, tanks, filtration units, and more.
What You Will DoAs a key member of our sales team, you will focus on increasing revenue through strategic relationship management and innovative problem-solving.
- Drive Revenue: Meet or exceed rental sales and revenue objectives within your assigned region.
- Build Relationships: Expand top customer relationships through regular face-to-face, quality sales calls.
- Create Solutions: Design custom solutions for clients’ irrigation and liquid handling challenges, including pumps, tanks, and spill containment.
- Execute Strategy: Conduct pricing and quoting to meet profit objectives while sharing innovative products to increase market awareness.
- Business Development: Actively participate in trade associations, industry events, and "Tow & Shows" to stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate: Work closely with operations and branch personnel to ensure product availability and exceed customer expectations.
- Expertise: A thorough knowledge of industrial products, their applications, and sales/credit policies.
- Communication: Ability to communicate market conditions and opportunities to management effectively.
- Technical Accuracy: Skill in detailing terms and conditions for quotes to limit company risk.
- Safety Mindset: An active leader in safety programs and behavior.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory to visit prospective and regular customers.
