Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Overview

Sheehy Nissan of Manassas is looking for New to the Industry Sales Consultants. No experience needed. We will provide training and welcome bilingual candidates as a plus.

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through personal marketing efforts such as direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

• Outgoing people person passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow‑up skills.
• Be ambitious, energetic, goal‑oriented, and motivated to succeed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre‑employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Annual earning potential $60,000–$100,000+.
