The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company’s industry‑leading pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers while maintaining a customer‑focused service to grow the business. You will represent the national brand in your local community and help clients protect their homes and families.

• Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, and other concerns; based on findings, sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians to identify opportunities.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals for existing pest issues and additional enhancements.
• Complete home diagrams using the Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer homes and potential challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge for new service installations to ensure job satisfaction.
• Track daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.

• Move 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, repositioning).
• Work frequently while sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and moving on stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
• Enter small spaces such as basements, crawl spaces, and attics; be comfortable dealing with various pests (spiders, flies, mosquitoes, rodents, etc.).
• Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain it and all equipment in a clean condition.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator, when required and work in confined spaces and narrow passageways.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your current state of residence (company vehicle and gas card provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience or training is a plus.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Base Pay Range Hourly: $19.00 – $20.19. Total earnings may include overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment.

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. Year 1 on‑target earnings: $60,000+. Top earner potential: $100,000+ per year.
