Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative – Ultra Clean to manage and grow customer accounts.

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no‑touch cleaning equipment
• Drive a customized company‑owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lift and carry equipment into and out of customer accounts
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively solving problems
• Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle
• Build rapport with customers by regularly servicing assigned routes and accounts

• Qualified with a driver’s license and meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification before starting work
• Provide documentation of previous employment

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or military service

A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions. This range reflects skill, experience, training, performance, and company needs and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials.
