LABO France is a French family-owned company specializing in the manufacturing and direct distribution of innovative technical products for the building industry. Experts in hygiene, detergency, and other technical fields, we are now extending our expertise to industrial clients. Our R&D laboratory allows us to innovate continuously. In this context, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (H/F) to strengthen our team.

  • Develop and retain your client portfolio

You will join a company composed of more than 200 salespeople, ready to welcome and support you. At LABO France, team spirit is essential. Our Sales Managers have a coaching role and will help you meet each of your challenges.

Essential Criteria

  • Commercial experience and/or network in construction, crafts, hygiene, or industry
  • A strong taste for competition and challenges
  • A dynamic, rigorous, and persevering profile
  • Driver’s license B mandatory
  • Ideally, you have a vehicle
Recruitment Process

If your CV is selected, the following steps will be taken:

  • Phone pre-qualification: A member of our team contacts you to discuss your background and motivations.
  • Commercial profile test:
    This test evaluates the compatibility of your profile with the position.
  • Interview with a sector manager:
    An interview with our Sales Manager or Regional Director to further explore your candidacy.
  • Field discovery day:
    An immersion with a colleague to discover our products, clients, and operations.
  • Integration and training:
    You then join a comprehensive training program on our products, tools, and methods.
