• Generate leads through canvassing, networking, etc.
• Educate customers on roofing solutions
• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments
• Inspect roofing needs
• Build trust and deliver professional sales presentations
• Guide homeowners through the sales process from consultation to close

• Uncapped commissions – highest earners have passed $400k
• Top performers clear $200k
• Average reps make around $75,000 - $125,000

• Previous in-home sales, roofing, construction, or commission sales experience is a plus
• However, we’re willing to train the right motivated candidate
