• Control Room Officer Positions are Full Time
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Control Room Officer

• Previous CCTV, alarm monitoring, and dispatching experience
• 2-3 years of data center security experience
• 2-3 years of control room operator experience
• CRO's observes and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the officer may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our CRO's will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
