Pay Rate: $27.31 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Day Time Sat: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM;
Sun: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities within a technology‑focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills, including those that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and unusual behavior.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and permissions as directed, and report suspicious, unauthorized, or disruptive activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, and observed conditions, and communicate relevant updates to support ongoing security operations.
- Possess an armed guard card/license.
- Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Handcuffing certification is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
