Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or local emergency personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to follow community rules, report unauthorized entry attempts, and/or support a professional residential environment;
Complete routine reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and share observed issues with supervisors and/or designated property representatives
