Security Armed Officer - DCJS Guard Card

Position: Security Armed Officer - DCJS Guard Card required
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response guidelines at a residential location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or property contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and/or vendor access as directed, and help support community rules and property policies through professional interaction;
Assist with security-related reporting, note maintenance and/or property issues observed during patrols, and help support an orderly environment for residents and visitors
