As a Security Officer Armed Response Patrol Security Clearance in Manassas, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Full Time Pay Rate: $27.31 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 05:30 AM - 05:30 PM Sat 05:30 AM - 05:30 PM Sun 05:30 AM - 05:30 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to all personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining an armed presence in accordance with post orders and applicable guidelines.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
* Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document security-related concerns, observations, and incidents according to site procedures.
* Support emergency and routine response activities by communicating with site contacts, public emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, hazards, and operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

* Possess an armed guard card or license.
* Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
* Be at least 21 years of age.
* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
