Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant security-related details.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, server or equipment areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as required, and report access issues or policy violations according to site procedures.;
Support continuity of operations by communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity.
